Need help with the Kurvenheld app? This page explains how to reach us and what helps us help you fastest.

Write to us from inside the app

In the app, open Settings → Support → Support. Your email app opens with our address already filled in. Please describe your question as precisely as you can – the more we know, the faster we can help.

Send the app log with it

For technical problems the app log helps us a lot. Open Settings → Support → Send app logs. The app packs the log files into a ZIP, adds a little device information and opens the share dialog. Pick your email app there and send everything to us together with a short description of the problem.
