Frequently asked questions about the Kurvenheld motorcycle app
What does Kurvenheld cost me?
The app is free at this stage of development.
Is data recorded in the background as well (for example when another app is opened)?
Yes. Data recording also works in the background when you switch apps. You can of course run several GPS apps at the same time.
Can I search for new routes in Kurvenheld as well?
That is another completely new feature we have implemented – the app now has a search screen for finding new tours. The tours can be downloaded for your navigation device.
Can I carry my smartphone in a bag?
Yes. Your smartphone can sit in a backpack, in your jacket or in the tank bag. All we need is a GPS signal.
Do I have to mount my phone in a particular position?
No. It makes no difference which position you mount your iPhone or Android phone in. It can even lie upside down in a backpack.
Where can I submit suggestions for improvement?
We are glad to receive your tips for improvement at anfrage@kurvenheld.de. We will of course try to take your suggestions into account in future versions.
